PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORTS (PTSR)
1. Applicant has the right to provide Keyper Corporation with a Portable Tenant Screening Report that is not more than thirty (30) days old, as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes.
2. If Applicant provides Keyper Corporation with a Portable Tenant Screening Report, Keyper Corporation is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Keyper Corporation to access or use the Portable Tenant Screening Report.
**If Applicants provide Keyper Corporation with a Portable Tenant Screening Report, each applicant is still required to complete the Keyper Corporation Rental Application.**
If Applicant provides Keyper Corporation with a portable tenant screening report (PTSR}:
- The Portable Tenant Screening Report must be available to Keyper Corporation by a consumer reporting agency/third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports;
- The Portable Tenant Screening Report must comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency; and
- Applicant certifies that there has not been a material change in the information in the Portable Tenant Screening Report, including the Applicant's name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the Portable Tenant Screening Report was generated.
Applicant acknowledges that he/she has read this document and understands his/her right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report.
